Booking Policy | Clear Process to Confirm Your Ride
Booking a cab with Dwarka Taxi is quick, simple, and stress-free. However, we follow a few essential steps to maintain quality and ensure passenger satisfaction.

Advance Booking Required: We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance for local trips and 12 hours in advance for outstation journeys like Dwarka to Rajkot.

Booking Confirmation: Your ride is only confirmed after receiving a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email from our team.

Accurate Details Needed: Please provide correct travel dates, pick-up location, number of passengers, and type of vehicle required.
Note: Last-minute changes may affect vehicle availability or pricing.
Payment Policy | Transparent & Flexible
At Dwarka Taxi, we follow a fair and customer-friendly payment policy.

Advance Payment: For outstation trips, we request 25%–50% advance to confirm your booking.

Balance Payment: Pay the remaining amount directly to the driver at the end of the trip.

Modes Accepted: UPI, Net Banking, Paytm, Google Pay, Cash.
GST (if applicable) is not included in base fares and will be added at checkout if requested.
Cancellation & Refund Policy | Flexible but Fair
We understand that plans can change. That’s why our cancellation policy is simple and transparent.

Full Refund if cancellation is made 24 hours before the ride.

50% Refund if cancelled between 12 to 24 hours.

No Refund for cancellations within 12 hours of the pickup time or for no-shows.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment mode within 7 business days.
Vehicle Usage Guidelines | Safety, Cleanliness, Responsibility
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, passengers are expected to follow the below guidelines:

No Smoking/Alcohol inside the cab.

No Sharp Objects or Flammable Items allowed.

Maintain Cleanliness: Do not litter inside the vehicle.

Luggage Limit: Each vehicle has a standard luggage capacity. Excessive baggage may require a bigger vehicle at extra cost.

Unplanned Detours or Stops must be informed in advance. Additional charges may apply.
Driver and Company Liability | Know Your Rights and Limits
While we ensure maximum safety and professional conduct, the following points outline the scope of our responsibility:

Driver Conduct: All our drivers are trained, background-verified, and instructed to maintain polite behaviour.

Delays due to traffic, weather, or vehicle breakdown are unfortunate but beyond our control. We’ll do our best to provide alternatives.

Dwarka Taxi is not responsible for passenger belongings. Please check your items before leaving the cab.

Any illegal activities or misuse of the vehicle by passengers will result in immediate termination of the ride, and no refund will be provided.
Additional Points to Keep in Mind

Rates mentioned are subject to change during peak seasons, festivals, or last-minute booking.

Toll taxes, parking fees, and state permits are to be paid by the customer unless included in the package.

Waiting charges apply after a 15-minute grace period at the pickup location.

Night charges may apply for pickups or drop-offs between 10 PM to 6 AM.
